Prefer to collect? Pickup from our Pukekohe warehouse is free. Contact us in advance to arrange a time so we can have your order ready to load.
Before delivery day
- Check site access. Make sure the delivery address can be reached by large vehicles. Poor access can cause delays or additional charges.
- Watch for tracking. Once your order is dispatched we'll send tracking details so you can follow its progress.
If something arrives damaged
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible. More detail is on our Returns & Refunds page.
